SIsters Forever

((Fic about Madison/Cadrina and The Evil Queen. This was before I knew Cora would be coming on the scene. I will most likely update and do a new story.))

Once Upon a Time is where this story starts. A young girl with black hair and pale skin stood outside of the well to do manor of a Lord and Lady. The girl was none other then the Grimhilde or who we now know as The Evil Queen now. She was waiting for her mother to give birth to her new sibling. Grimhilde wasn’t to pleased that she would have to share parents. Though having a sister to boss around would be fun. While she played with her hair she looked up as she heard her mother screaming in pain and hurried to run inside to help.

“Grimhilde!! Get water and towels NOW!!” Her father Henry yelled. The girl ran off doing that. When she came back a baby screaming was all she could hear. “A Girl!!” Henry yelled.

She could hear her mother whisper “Call her Cadrina. Don’t let her forget me.” She said she could tell her mother was dying from giving birth to her baby sister. Grimhilde stood there tears rolling down her face. She didn’t know how to help raise a baby. She watched her father hold the baby girl rocking her in his arms trying hard not to cry at the loss of his wife. He was now left alone with two young girls. They both had no clue that their luck would change.

“You don’t have to raise the girls alone. Or both of the girls for that matter.” Said a man who appeared out of no where. His voice was enough to give anyone chills down the spine. “The baby girl can go on to live a happy life and loving parents. A king and Queen who wants a baby. And I know that you two want something but I will owe you.”

Henry looked at the man. “Who are you and why do you want to take my daughter away?”

The creepy man gave Henry a look that was ever so cynical. The man took a bow “My name is Rumpelstitskin. And I just told you what I wanted with the baby. Word is my honor” he held up his hand. “She will live a happy life.” He said.

“It’s a deal one condition. “ The man Henry started to say but Rumpelstitskin just took a deep sigh in a annoyance. “We can come see her anytime we want.”

“Or if we call for her.” Grimhilde piped in. “And that her name stays Cadrina. It was my mother’s wishes.” She added the last part. She said nothing more because the man gave her the creeps. She wasn’t scared but she wasn’t wanting to make friends with the creep either.

“Very well, dearie. You will all get that.” He looked at the girl amused and walked over to Henry holding out his arms. “Give me the baby.”

Henry kissed the top of Cadrina’s little head and gave her over to the man. Tears rolled down his face. He just gave away someone he loved and lost another.

Rumpelstitskin bowed with the child in his arms and vanished. Henry went over to his older daughter holding her in a hug as they cried. They did need to mourn and that wasn’t good for a baby to be around. They would be able to see her anytime they wanted too. Right?

A Few years have passed the baby girl was now old enough to walk and talk. Though she was still very young. Grimhilde really wanted to see her sister and kept calling on the man that she seen a few years back but couldn’t quite remember his name. It was like it was taken from her mind that night. She paced the floor and muttered in annoyance. “What was that funny little man’s name?” She said out loud. Grimhilde was older now and old enough to be married. Though she wasn’t yet. There was a king she did have her eyes set on. Though that wasn’t important now she wanted her baby sister and kept calling out every name she could.

“You evil thing!! I want my sister!! You said I would be able to see her!! You lying thieving fool!” She yelled out.

The man appeared and started to laugh. “I never said you couldn’t see the child. The little princess however is abit young don’t you think? She won’t remember you at that age.” He had a point the girl thought. Maybe when once she was Queen she could order him to bring her sister to her and tell him the deal was off.

“Fine. In a few years I will call for you again.” She said to him and the imp of a man took a bow and disappeared. Grimhilde walked off to get a few things done around the house.

Five years had gone and passed and she just got married to the king of her dreams. He had a daughter that was almost the same age as her sister but abit older. That made her think about the man again and now she wanted her sister. She had the power now. She knew magic too. Funny what 5 years could do. Though she had been learning about everything she could so she could fight for her dear little sister. The Queen smirked and paced the floor once again trying to remember the name. She knew it was an odd name. But that was all she could recall. She was so young at the time.

“Little weird man!! I demand you to show yourself to me!!” She yelled out. She frowned he didn’t come this time but she couldn’t think of a name. “Toad like man!! Imp of a man!! “ She yelled out more names that shouldn’t be repeated in a story book.

“Now now that’s enough. I’m here. What is it you need my dearie.” He said. The Queen smiled and turned to him.

“First remind me of your name.” She said to him and it was a voice like that there was no other choice.

“No. Names are as good as gold. You have to guess just like everyone else. Because I know what you want. You want to see your little sister and I can’t let that happen. Without a price.” He raised a brow.

The Queen was mad now. She took her hand and was about to strike him but she lowered it. “You made a me and my father a deal. Keep the deal now. Or I will not hesitate to kill you right where you stand.” She threaten.

“Very Well…you did make a deal.” He looked at her wondering what power she had now. Other than being a queen. “I will bring her to you. But she has to go back home after. That was the deal.” He added with a playful smirk.

“Then make it happen.” She gave him a menacing look. She wanted her sister and she was going to figure out his name during the time it would take her sister to arrive. The man left the same way he came and the Queen headed off to plot and spend time with her husband and step daughter.

A few days have past and well the Queen was growing annoyed ready to curse out the man again. He had better not be playing a trick on her. Though before she could do anything a man from her court came running through with a message for the Queen. She took it and read that her sister would be arriving soon. The Queen smiled.

The Queen headed towards her step daughter’s room to tell her the news. She was going to have someone near her age to talk to in the palace soon. That she would make sure of.

“My dear Snow. I have wonderful news.” She said smiling.

“What is it?” The young Snow White’s eyes looked up to her curious about the news.

“Remember I told you I have a sister near your age?” She asked her.

“Yes, you said her name was Cadrina.” She replied.

“Yes, dear. She is coming in a few days. How about we find her something lovely to wear while she is here?” The Queen was the happiest she has ever been and headed out of the door. Snow White seemed very happy to have someone that would be coming to the palace that would be her age and she could play outside with.

It was time for Princess Cadrina to arrive she would be coming along with the impish man that took her away before. It was what the Queen had hoped too. She would kill the man and take her sister. Her sister belonged to her and her family alone. Though she didn’t want her to hate her for it either. She had to make sure the girl wasn’t too happy with her life as a princess.

The trumpets blew a sweet little song and the Queen looked up as so did Little Snow White smiling and clapping. The little Princess Cadrina walked down the carpet of this huge room looking at the woman her face unsure what to know what the child was thinking. Cadrina smiled at Snow and then looked back at The Queen. Little Princess Cadrina took a bow. “My Queen.” She softly said.

“Raise dear one. You are family here. I’m your older sister. I know you don’t remember me at all. You were a baby.” She said.

Rumpelstiltskin looked at them from a distance. He watched the Queen walk down towards him letting the girls alone to talk.

“You are not needed anymore. Leave.” She said.

“No no…I do not leave without the girl. She is mine and mine alone. She is a princess to the king but alas she still belongs to me.” He said with a smirk.

“I’ll make you a deal. I won’t kill you if you promise to leave now. And tell the king the girl ran off. She is my sister and my father made the deal NOT I!”

“Well, then I would need something in return.” He watched the Queen roll her eyes and take out money. “No, I don’t want money. I have enough of that. What I want is….for you to remember my name. I told you and your father. It shouldn’t be to hard to remember.”

The Queen was annoyed how was she supposed to remember his name from so long ago. Not to mention it wasn’t a easy name to remember. “Fine. Give me a week.” She said.

“No, three days. That’s my offer. If you don’t remember it by then. The deal is off and the girl goes home to her current family.”

“Deal.” She said looking him straight into his eyes. She turned and headed towards the girls and smiled again putting on a fake one since she was worried that she wouldn’t be able to remember his name. When she turned back to the man he was gone and she smirked. What if he sister already knew his name? She would just ask her but decided to wait incase he would be listening in on them.

“How about we go try that dress on.” The Queen said taking the girls back to her Quarters where she had the dress put up for her little sister. She had a room for her but it was yet to be finished so her sister would be spending a few nights with Snow White. Which Snow White was delighted to have someone join her.

A Few nights have past and The Queen really hasn’t thought of his name yet she was banking on that her sister would know and tell her. The Queen went off to bed with her husband smiling to herself she would have everyone there that meant the world to her. No one would ruin this no one at all.

She finally decided to go to her sister who was sitting outside watching Snow White chase after a bird. The Queen gave out a little laugh watching her step daughter run around the garden. “Cadrina dear, can I speak with you. Snow, we will be right back. Promise.” Snow didn’t say a word but just kept looking for the bird.

The Queen took the girl back to a room where she was sure no one would be able to hear them talk no one at all. Not even her trusted mirror on the wall.

“My dear little sister I need to know something. Are you happy? Happy with the other family?” She asked. She was praying hard that the girl would say she wasn’t.

“I love them a lot. But I like being around my real family too.” She said.

The Queen smiled it was just the words she was hoping for. “I need to know. Do you know that man’s name that brought you here?’ She asked.

Cadrina looked at her trying to think but looked down and shook her head no. “He would be angry if I told.” She said.

“No, dear it’s ok. I won’t let him hurt you at all. Just tell me. Or better yet.” She pulled out a quill and paper. “Write it down.”

Cadrina took the quill and paper and wrote it down. She handed the paper to the Queen. “Can I go back out and play?”

“Yes, go ahead dear.” She said and turned away smirking. This was going to be easy indeed. She walked to her mirror. “Guess what I have?”

“You have the name? I don’t know if this is a good idea asking the girl. You might be putting her into danger.”

“She will be fine. I won’t let anything happen to her.” She walked off to get ready for the imp of a man to appear to her. It would only be in a few hours that he would. The Queen had the name remembered now and burned the paper with his name on it.

The Queen went to the thrown room and waited for the imp of a man. She had his name now thanks to her sister. She waited for him and he smiled walking in with a smirk on his face. “I’m sure you know what I came for. Do you know my name?” He asked her.

“Yes I do. Your name is Rumpelstiltskin. Which means. My sister stays with me.” She said. The man named Rumpelstiltskin stood there annoyed though shocked. “I see you finally remembered.”

“Yes, now go away.” The man left as he was asked. The Queen smiled and headed out of the Thrown room and headed to tell her sister the good news. Though when she came to the room Snow White stood there in shock. “Snow, where is my sister?” Snow started to cry.

“The man he came and took her saying you cheated. He took her. She tried to fight him but he was gone before I could do anything.” The Queen didn’t look at Snow she wasn’t mad at her but she was just mad in general. She was going to get her sister back.

A Few years have past and the Queen was still looking for her sister and also Snow White for obvious reasons we don’t need to repeat. That is a another story another tale to tell. The Queen paced the floor in her lonely castle thinking of where her sister could be. She knew almost all the kings and queens. Which one was the one that took her sister? OR did he even return the young girl to the parents?

Not to far away a young girl walked into a cavern holding two water buckets. “Uncle Rumpel…I got the water.” The girl was none other than Princess Cadrina the Queen’s little sister.

“Put it over there and go get me more water.” He said. He didn’t look at her he just worked on the spindle.

“My back hurts pretty bad. Could I take a rest?” She asked.

“No. Leave. Now.” He said. Cadrina grabbed two more buckets and sighed as she went back out to fetch more water.

Cadrina headed off and wished she didn’t have to endure this. She stopped as she seen a man walk towards the cavern. “Hello Sir.” She gave a little bow. The man with glasses and curly red hair smiled. “Hello little miss. He is here?” He asked her.

“Oh yes. He’s working on something.” She said. “Well bye.” She walked off. The man turned around.

“Wait. What is your name?” He asked her.

“My name is Cadrina. What’s yours?” She asked him.

“Please call me Jiminy. Pleasure to meet you my lady.” He said bowing to her. He headed in and Cadrina headed off to fetch water.

A few more years pass and things have changed a great deal. The young girl was all alone since the man that took her was captured. She was doing her best to find the place where she was before he took her. To her sister. Though she didn’t know her sister had gone dark and was going to cause a huge horrible spell on everyone.

She saw the castle and smiled. A guard stopped her. “Who are you?”

“My name is Cadrina. I’m….” The guards stopped her.

“Princess Cadrina….The Queen has been looking for you. Come with me.” Cadrina followed the guard who took her to her sister. The Queen stood in shock seeing her sister she had just enacted the spell. Things were going to change forever too. She ran over to her and hugged her close. “My dear Cadrina. You came just in time. Things are going to change forever. We are going to be happy. Very happy.” Cadrina was one of those girls that really didn’t ask questions she was just glad to have her sister again. She didn’t want to be with that man no more.

28 years later in Storybrooke…..

The same girl that was Cadrina was now a girl a young teen of 17 years old name Madison Mills. Sister to the Mayor of Storybrooke. The girl was always in and out of trouble. She was in all the plays at school and musicals. The girl ran home that day with a new toy that looked something like scissors. Madison had a obsession with scissors. Some would say that’s because she used to cut the gold string for Rumpeltiltskin. Others said it was something she had done until she found her sister. Though the girl had no memory of who she was and really doesn‘t care. She had a sister that loved her and a nephew she adored.

Madison walked into the house putting the new shears away knowing it upset her sister when she had them in the first place. “Regina!! I’m home!!” She yelled up the stairs. Regina peaked her head out of the dining room. “Don’t yell.” She said walking over to her.

“Madison, you know what to do.” She said to her.

“yes I know. Do my homework, no tv till my chores are done. Then I can do whatever I want too.” She said and smiled.

“Good girl. I have to head out for a meeting.” She said. Madison watched her sister leave before heading to her room to do her work and look at her new toy.

Some do have happy endings.

Is there Christmas in Storybrooke?

(This fic is short and sweet. It's nothing more just for fun. I don't own the characters other than Madison. The rest goes to ABC Once Upon A Time Staff)

Never had there been since Madison remembered not even for little Henry. There was other holidays like Valentine’s Day. Which in where everyone was always so sad except her sister and maybe a few others too. Though Madison wanted Christmas this year and it was almost time for it too. Madison ran to Regina’s office and knocked on the door. “Come in.” She heard her sister yell out in a annoyed tone.

“Regina, Regina!! I think we should have Christmas in Storybrooke.” She smiled.

“No.” Regina said and went back to looking at her papers. “Is that all?” She didn’t look up.

“Regina, please it would be fun for Henry and everyone in Storybrooke.” Madison pleaded.

Regina raised her head and glared at Madison. “When I say no. I mean it. Drop it or there will be consequences.”

“But….But…” She was cut off…

“NO! Ask again and I will drag you to your room and lock the door!”

“Why do you hate Christmas so much?”

Regina stood up and grabbed Madison by the ear. “I’ll tell you why. It’s just a stupid holiday created by candy factories to sell candy and gifts. In which that is why I don’t like it.” Regina dragged her sister by the ear…

“Ow ow, Regina!! That’s my ear!! No no!! Please just let’s talk this out.” Madison kept talking but was thrown in her room and the door locked. “Aww no….” She walked over to her bed and sat down holding her ear. Madison looked to her window and smiled. She was going to climb out the window and look for someone that might want to amuse her.
